How to receive these benefits:
For Existing Duo or Cisco Secure MSP Center MSPs (Umbrella and Secure Endpoint):

Duo – Email msp@duo.com with the subject line ‘ASCII Accelerator’ to receive this benefit.
Cisco Secure MSP Center – Email msp@cisco.com with subject line ‘ASCII Accelerator’ to be put in contact with your Partner Account Team to discuss available benefits.
- Please note which product you are interested in within the email body along with any other account details you have available.

For New Duo or Cisco Secure MSP Center MSPs:

New Duo MSPs – Sign up via duo.com/msp, then email msp@duo.com with subject line ‘ASCII Accelerator’ to receive this benefit.
New Cisco Secure MSP Center – Sign up via this link and then email msp@cisco.com with subject line ‘ASCII Accelerator’ to be put in contact with your Partner Account Team to discuss available benefits and program details.
- Please note which product in the email body along with any other account details you have available for the net new client account.

Important Notes:

Available discounts are applied in the 1st calendar month in which you receive confirmation of your request from msp@duo.com for Duo, or msp@cisco.com for Umbrella/Secure Endpoint after connecting with your Partner Manager.
- Discount applies only to users deployed and billed monthly via the MSP Programs.
MSPs already receiving a 20% discount on Duo will not receive an additional discount through this promotion.
MSPs already receiving a 10% discount on Duo will be bumped to the 20% discount tier.
Discount increases to 30% for Duo at 5000+ users, via standard MSP terms
Discounts available through partnership with ASCII and Cisco Secure Center (Umbrella and Secure Endpoint) are available after a consultation with your Cisco MSP Partner Manager. Please reach out via the steps indicated above at msp@cisco.com.
