(Normally) Two trademark registrations @ $4,000* (includes responding to one office action) With ASCII Preferred Pricing: $2500* (includes responding to one office action) * Government-imposed filing fees not included. PRE-LITIGATION PACKAGE ASCII Preferred Pricing: $350/hour vs. Normal Rate = $450/hour Applies to: Review of pre-trial litigation paperwork Review of filed complaint / pleadings Review of overall case strategy, strategic case reviews
